MarketOnWeb, part of Lirrco bvba, having its registered office at Hellegatstraat 5, 2590 Berlaar, Belgium and registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0550.499.546 (RPR Antwerp, department Antwerp) (“MarketOnWeb”, “we”, “our”) collects data when you create an account (“Account”), place an order, send an email, or when you use our website ‘marketonweb.be’ (“Website”) or our social media (jointly the “Services”).
You may not always be aware of it, but use of our Website and/or Services implies the sharing of personal data. According to the legal definition, personal data are any information from which a natural person can be identified or is identifiable (“Personal Data”). The collection and processing of Personal Data are subject to strict legal conditions to provide you, the user, with the necessary guarantees that your Personal Data shall not be disclosed to the public in an unauthorised manner.

This Privacy statement applies to the relationship between you and MarketOnWeb. MarketOnWeb shall only process, store and use your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy statement and in compliance with the provisions of the Privacy legislation.
We assume that you have read this Privacy statement before using our Services, as well as agreeing to the collection and processing of Personal Data by MarketOnWeb in accordance with this Privacy statement. Under 18s can only use this Website with their parent or guardian's consent.
2. Personal Data we collect
We are allowed to collect various types of Personal Data and save it on our servers, including:

- Payment information (e.g. your bank card number, credit card number);

To place an order on the Website, MarketOnWeb requires you to create an Account. You remain in control of all information and data you upload to the Website or to your Account, including Personal Data (“Data”) in accordance with the general terms and conditions.

8. What are my rights as a data subject?
We want to ensure the safe and lawful processing of Personal Data, and we assure you that your Personal Data shall be processed fairly and legitimately. This means that Personal Data shall only be processed for the aforementioned explicit and corporate Purpose. MarketOnWeb also ensures that Personal Data shall always be processed in an adequate, relevant and non-excessive manner.

We will then provide you with access to the Personal Data we are processing from you and the source of these Personal Data.

At any time, you can object to the processing of your Personal Data or request that the processing of your Personal Data be restricted.

9. Retention and deletion of Data
We may retain your Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide you with the Services and for the Purpose as described in this Privacy statement. Your Personal Data shall be deleted subsequently.
If you register an Account, we will retain your Personal Data, even if you temporarily stop using your Account, until such time that you permanently delete your Account. Until you delete your account, we may retain and use your Personal Data.
10. Websites or applications of Third parties
You acknowledge and accept that by using the Website or the Account, you may gain access to certain content or services provided by Third parties. In that case, a separate Privacy statement of such Third party may apply. MarketOnweb is not responsible for a Privacy statement of Third Parties, nor for its compliance.
11. Updates or changes to our Privacy statement
Where appropriate, this Privacy statement may be amended or updated to allow MarketOnweb to process your previously collected Personal Data for new purposes. In this case, you will be informed by a warning on our Website that the Privacy statement has been amended and you will be asked to agree to it.
