When can I pick up my order?

Orders can be picked up every working day from 8.30 - 17.30 in our showroom (located in the Berlaar industrial area: Hellegatstraat 5, 2590 Berlaar).

Is MarketOnWeb also a shop?

No, but we do have a showroom. However, purchases can also be made at the showroom!

Purchases in the showroom can be paid via Bancontact or cash.

Do you want to visit the showroom?

We're open every working day open from 8.30 - 17.00 and are located at Hellegatstraat 5, 2590 Berlaar, Belgium.

Are the products in the webshop always in stock?

All products in the webshop are in stock, unless it says they're "out of stock".

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, this isn't necessary. You can also order without an account.

The advantage of an account is that you can track your order afterwards and see what you ordered.

Is payment at a later date possible?

Yes, this is possible if you choose 'Klarna Pay Later'.

Where can I find my invoice?

You will find your invoice in the confirmation email of your order.

We deliver in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Austria.

  • Belgium: free delivery from €40
      • Pick-up point/parcel locker: €2.5
      • Home delivery: €4.99
  • the Netherlands: free delivery from €50
      • Pick-up point: €3.99
      • Home delivery: €5.99
  • France: free delivery from €70
      • Pick-up point: €6.99
      • Home delivery: €8.99
  • Germany: free delivery from €50
      • Pick-up point: €3.99
      • Home delivery: €5.99
  • Austria: free delivery from €70
      • Pick-up point: €3.99
      • Home delivery: €5.99

What are the different shipment methods?

  • All parcels less than 150 cm are sent by DPD.
  • Parcels larger than 150 cm are sent by UPS.
  • Parcels delivered to a pick-up point or parcel locker are delivered by bpost in Belgium.
  • Parcels delivered to a pick-up point or parcel locker are delivered by DPD in the Netherlands and France.

Orders placed and paid before 17.00 are shipped the same day!

How can I track my parcel?

You receive an automatic email with the track-&-trace of your shipment when your parcel has arrived at our carrier.

How can I pay and is it safe?

Payment is always safe at MarketOnWeb!

All payments are done through a secure platform.

Orders placed and paid before 17.00 means delivery the next working day in BELGIUM!


Returns or damage:

How can I return my order?

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery.

Returns are always payable by the customer and the product may not have been used or damaged.

You can return parcels upon your own initiative or by using a return label that you can request from our webshop.

Return label costs:

  • Belgium = €5
  • the Netherlands and France = €10

When is my return refunded?

We make every effort to refund your return within 3 working days of receiving your returned item.

The refund will take place within 14 days at the latest after we've received the return.

The amount will be refunded to the same account from which the order was paid.

My purchase is damaged, what should I do?

If your purchase is damaged, please let us know by sending an email to

Please include some photos of the damage so that we understand the issue immediately and can help you further.

My order is not complete, now what?

Did you not receive everything you ordered? Take a picture of what you received and email it to

Be sure to specify what part is missing.

We will help you as soon as possible and have the missing item(s) delivered.

Note: Have you ordered multiple items that are very different in size? Then it's possible your order will be delivered in several parcels.

For example: You order a long product (such as a telescopic handle or squeegee) in combination with a wide product (such as a pressure washer or bucket). A good example is the roof cleaner set that contains both a telescopic pole and a pressure washer.

Didn't receive the feather duster or combi-soaper?

Did you order a telescopic pole in combination with a feather duster or combi-soaper?

It's possible these attachments remain stuck in the box when you slide out the handle. It may seem these attachments were not been delivered.

We recommend opening the box on both sides and looking through it. Often, the feather duster or soaper are indeed in the box.
