The twisted ribbons of this curtain are formed with elegant white and grey threads made of sturdy, top-quality PVC. Of course, you can also install this elegant door curtain indoors. Good to know is that, on the first day, the strands of the fly curtain will not hang perfectly straight, because it has to hang out for a while. All strands are baked in the oven so they do not curl upwards due to the heat of the sun (like cheaper variants).

Instructions for use of the fly curtain Milano:
An H-profile is supplied with every fly curtain. There are 2 mounting options: either you screw this profile against the top of the door or stick it with very strong double-sided tape (not included) above the door opening. When this is mounted, you only have to hang your fly curtain over the H-profile. Is the summer season over? Then you can easily remove the fly curtain and store it until next summer. You can then leave the H-profile in place.
Is your fly curtain too long? Then you can easily cut off a piece at the bottom with scissors. To adjust the width, remove the cap on the side of the rod. Now you can remove some strands. You can then saw the piece off the rod with an aluminum saw. Mount the aluminum cover on the rod again and your fly curtain can be hung up!
Tip!: Always leave ± 2 cm between the end and the ground.

Tip: Deurlinten in PVC kan je best altijd eerst laten ‘uithangen’ voordat je ze inkort. Wanneer je ze uitpakt hangen de linten namelijk niet onmiddellijk volledig recht omwille van de verpakking waar ze hebben ingezeten. Hang de linten dus eerst een paar dagen omhoog zodat de zwaartekracht zijn werk kan doen. Zie je dat alle deurlinten keurig recht hangen? Dan mag je beginnen knippen!
Hoe kort je de breedte van het vliegengordijn in?
Tip: Zaag altijd liever iets minder af dan te veel, je kunt later nog wat extra inkorten als het nodig is. |
